Week 1 Update
Arrival and Unloading of the Kingspan Panels at the job site. A total of 67,000 sq. ft. of panels arrived and will be installed in the upcoming weeks.Kingspan is located in Deland, Florida and specialize in the manufacturing commercial insulated panels with the lowest smoke rating in the industry. Kingspan is the same manufacture of panels used at the recent remodel of the Daytona International Speedway and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Pagoda.
Week 1 Update (cont.)
Delivery and Unloading of the KeepRite Commercial Refrigeration equipment including Extended Evaporators.The KeepRite equipment arrived at the job site on special truck beds called “Conestoga Rolling Tarp Systems.” Well worth the extra investment for added protection of the load.
Week 2 - 4 Update
Preparation and Hanging of Kingspan Ceiling Panels.The ICC Panel Mechanics finished the third row of hanging lid panels.
ICC incorporated the Kingspan concealed lid hanger system. This premium system provides longer panels with fewer seams and a lid system free of exposed T-Bar Hangers.
Week 8 Update
Our eight month cold storage warehouse construction project in Indianapolis (Plainfield Area), Indiana is coming along great.Our skilled crew completed the installation of the 41000 foot vault lid. Amazingly, it only took them less than 8 weeks from start to finish.
This week our crew worked on preparing the wall panels and have already began installation.
Week 9 Update
Installation of 27' wall panels for the 62,000 ft/2 pharmaceutical cold storage warehouse.ICC has a very long history in Pharmaceutical Cold Storage. ICC has built and managed over 400,000 ft/2 of this type of cold storage.
Week 10 Update
