Equiguard Plus

This Service Plan includes Pre-Scheduled Maintenance Services, Performance System Reports, ICC Coil and Belt Service. ICC also guarantees that the Condensor Coils, Evaporator Coils, and Belt Services are all performed to the Manufacturer's specification. No Labor Charges for any additional services during the contract period.

Equiguard Premium

This Premium Level Service Plan provides all the same services as the Equiguard Plus. Additionally, this plan includes the Cost of Labor incurred when Replacement Parts are required.

Equiguard Select

This Service Plan provides all the same services as both the Equiguard Plus & Premium. Additionally, this plan includes the cost of replacement ware part items.
